(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department or or State Governments or Union territories or Universities or Recognized Research Institutions or Public Sector Undertakings or Semi Government, Autonomous or Statutory Organizations: (ii) Five years’ experience in Macro-Economic Analysis/Research work and preparation of report on contemporary economic issues and future economic trends. Rs.9300-34800 plus grade pay of Rs.4600 or equivalent and (b) Possessing the educational qualifications and experience as follows: (i) Master’s degree in Economics/ Statistics/ Business Administration/ Management or Commerce from a recognized University or equivalent. Rs.15600-39100 plus grade pay of Rs.5400 or equivalent or (iii) with seven years’ regular service in posts in the Pay Band 2. Officers under the Central/State Governments/Union Territories/Universities/ Recognized Research Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Statutory/SemiGovernment or Autonomous Organizations :- (a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis or (ii) with five years’ regular service in posts in the Pay Band 3. (ii) twelve years’ experience in research and development or manufacture or application in the area of telecommunication equipment or computer or telecommunication network or signal monitoring or Communication lntelligence(COMINT) or Technical lntelligence(TECHINT) or Information Technology (IT). (ii) twelve years’ experience in research and development or manufacture or application in the area of telecommunication equipment or computer or telecommunication network or signal monitoring or Communication lntelligence (COMINT) or Technical intelligence (TECHINT) or Information Technology (IT). (i) Bachelor Degree in Engineering in the fields of Electronics or Electronics and Communication or Electronics and Telecommunications or Associate Membership of Institute of Engineers (AMIE). (b) possessing the following educational qualification, namely: – (ii) with 2 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 13 in the Pay Matrix or equivalent, in the parent cadre/department and (a) (i) holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre/ department.
